Join IMPAC Youth Ministry as we embark on our Annual Youth Advancement. We will leave the comforts of home and come together to draw closer to the Lord deep in the Woods of Quakertown, PA. These three days will be packed with activities, fellowship, but more importantly prayer and worship. Your ticket includes your stay along with food and transportation. All attendees must submit a signed copy of the above Liability form.

Things You Need:

  • Toiletries (Girls remember to bring all necessary items).
    • We will not be able to stop anywhere on our way there.
  • Pillow
  • Bed Sheet (Twin Size)
  • Blanket to cover yourselves
  • Towel
  • If you are on any medication please bring it with you (Ex. Asthma Inhaler, Allergies, etc)
  • Flash Light
  • Modest attire is required at all times
    • Ex. T-Shirts, Jeans, Sweat pants, basket ball shorts, Bermuda shorts, hoodies, sneakers, flip flops are allowed when it’s down time.
    • We will be playing a lot of outdoor and indoor games so please bring sneakers.

Things You DON’T Need:

  • Electronics (ex. Radios, IPods, games)
    • If you bring them with you the ministry will not be held responsible if lost or broken.
  • Any illegal substance will not be permitted and Parent/ Guardian will be called to pick up youth if any is found.
  • We do not want to be a distraction to anyone. We are here to have fun and seek the Lord. If we find anything to be inappropriate we will approach and ask you to change. We ask that you please do not get upset because we will not embarrass you but ask you privately.
    • Girls not allowed- Short Shorts, Belly Shirts, anything that is showing any inappropriate part of your body.
    • PJ’s – No night gowns, lingerie anything that is revealing. (We are there to seek the Lord not guys
    • Guys not allowed – White/Wife beaters, pants hanging from your bottoms, please wear belt to hold them up since we will be doing a lot of activities that will require running and interaction.
